Custom Processing

Panizzera Meat Co has been processing animals for local ranchers for over 100 years.  We can provide custom USDA processing for your beef, pork, lamb, goats, chicken or turkey.  We offer cut and wrap services, as well as custom sausage production.  Please contact us at (707) 230-0653 or (707) 874-9770 ext. 200 for more information.  Please note to have your cutting instructions emailed to panizzerameatco@gmail.com BEFORE we receive your animals.  Animals will be cut to our standard cut sheet, if no cutting instructions have been received.

      Pricing

       Beef- $1.10/ lb

       Pork- $1.10/ lb ($120 minimum)    

       Lamb/ Goat- $1.10/ lb ($60 minimum)

       Sausage- $3 linked/ $2.50 Bulk

       Pickup Fee (from Marin Sun Farms)- $25/ head

       Bone Out Fee $4/ shoulder or leg

       Animal Shares Fee $25 for 2 shares $50 for 4

       Credit Card Processing 2.5%

       Custom Scale labels $25 (one time fee)

        Dry-Age 1 week free of charge, additional time at $10/day

        Freezing Product is available for $5 a box (subject to availability)

Our Sausages

Our Sausages are All-Natural, with No Preservatives, Sugar or Gluten Added.  
We currently manufacture 16 established recipes, that are hand-made by experienced sausage makers.  They can be packaged for wholesale or retail customers, with a custom branded label.
