When will my meat box arrive?

Unless it is a Federal Holiday, all meat boxes will be shipped the Wednesday following your billing date for delivery on Thursday or Friday of that week.

How do I know when my box has been shipped?

You will receive 2 emails for every order; an order confirmation email (saying you have been billed and your order has been received) followed by a fulfillment email that will contain your tracking number when the order has been shipped.

How can I track My Order?

All packages are shipped through GLS, you can track your order through their website at https://www.gls-us.com/

I live locally, is there any way to pick up my order?

Yes, you can avoid paying shipping fees by picking up locally. When checking out, under the shipping header, simply select if you would like to pick it up at our Andy’s Produce or Occidental location.

Is there a way to customize the meat box?

Currently there is no customization allowed, we strive to offer you the very best and by sticking with our current program we can guarantee that you receive the highest quality meat possible.

How does the meat arrive?

All meat boxes are shipped frozen to ensure quality.

How do I cancel my membership?

Simply log into your account at https://www.panizzerameatco.com/account/login, click the subscriptions tab and cancel from there.

Can I change which meat box I receive?

At this time, the easiest way to change which variety of proteins you receive is to cancel your current subscription through your account login and re-subscribe with the variety you desire.

Can I delay my next monthly meat box?

Yes, simply email us at panizzerameatco@gmail.com or call us at (707) 874-9770 and we can delay your next shipment.
